Rohnert Park (CA) – 12 July 2007
Sonoma Mountain Village, a planned community where you can live, work, relax and play while reducing your ecological footprint on the planet, is pleased to announce the addition of The Big Tomato to the growing list of companies that have signed on to become part of Sonoma Mountain Village.
The owners, Gerard Giudice and Bill Pettibone, of Sally Tomatoes are expanding their business into the heart of Sonoma Mountain Village to provide catering and food service to the tenants on the property, and expand their catering production capacity. The lease has a six-year potential and gives the company approximately 20,000 square feet.
Featuring a huge kitchen along with great indoor and outdoor facilities, The Big Tomato will be ideal for weddings, corporate events and charity functions for up to 300 people. Smaller groups that need space on a weekly basis can hire rooms on an hourly rate while corporate events can be set up with multiple break-out rooms. Not-for-profit groups are catered for with price sensitive options, allowing them to make the most of their fundraisers.
Brad Baker, President and CEO of Codding Enterprises says he is pleased to provide the tenants and community with the opportunity to enjoy the services and event facilities provided by The Big Tomato. “The Big Tomato is a vital part of the sustainability at Sonoma Mountain Village by providing services to our tenants and the community. We’re glad to have a company with such expertise and experience,” says Baker.
A formal lease-signing will take place at 2pm on July 12th in Sonoma Mountain Village Event Center.
