AT&T has signed a lease for space located in the heart of the commercial section of the community. The lease has a 15 year potential and entitles AT&T to more than 40,000 square feet of prime real estate within the community.

About Sonoma Mountain Village
Sonoma Mountain Village, the 200 acre former Agilent Technologies Campus, is planned to be a deeply sustainable community of 1900 homes along with approximately 150,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment choices and 500,000 square feet of commercial space. It is expected to be complete in 2017. The recycling of existing buildings and infrastructure, which make up the commercial core, is underway and the first homes are planned to be ready in 2008.
